We are JAINYA, an IT consulting firm that specializes in custom software development, based in INDIA with more than 635 IT professionals working all over the world. You are currently reading this document on our website, which serves as the digital face of our company. We strongly promise that you will have a great time browsing our website, that we will share the information you might be interested in, that we will answer any questions you may have right away, and that the website will work flawlessly so that you don’t get annoyed. We cannot achieve this without your kind help, which involves providing us with your personal information. Of course, we know that personal information is very private, and we are very concerned about your private life. To alleviate your concerns, we created this privacy policy, which provides detailed information on how we will use your personal information.
What Personal Information We Gather
JAINYA gathers information about you so that we can give you direct feedback about our services. Some of this information is given by you directly, like when you use the Contact Us, Contact Form, Office 365 Migration Calculator, QLEAN Download, or Ask Author forms to get in touch with us for help or to speak your mind about one of our articles. We get some information from technologies like cookies and software that runs on your device and sends us error reports or information about how you use it.
We also get information from outside sources. We follow this statement and the data source’s rules to protect third-party data. These outside sources may change over time, but currently they are:
- Service providers assist us in determining your location based on your IP address, allowing us to tailor some products to better fit your needs.
- We collaborate on marketing projects or provide services under both of our brands to our partners.
- sources that anyone can access, like open government databases or other data that is in the public domain.
You can choose what information we collect about you. You can say no when asked to give personal information. You might not be able to use a service or feature or get feedback if you don’t give the information that is needed to do so.
Some of the information we gather is the following:
We obtain your name and the method to contact you. We get your first and last name, work email address, phone number, the name of your company, and other contact information that is similar.
We collect demographic data. We get information from you, like what country you’re from and what language you prefer.
We gather information from a website. We monitor your usage of the JAINYA website by collecting data. For instance, we gather:
- Information about how people use your website, like which parts they visit and how long they stay there.
- Data about configuration. We keep track of the network you use to reach our website. Your IP address is in it.
- Performance data and reports on errors. We keep track of the problems you have with our services. This information helps us figure out what’s wrong and how to fix it. Depending on how you browse the web and what settings you use, error reports may include information about the type or severity of the problem, the software or hardware that caused it, the files you were working on when the error happened, and other software on your device.
- How to Fix Problems and Get Help. JAINYA gathers information about you, your hardware, software, and other details about the problem in case they need to help you or troubleshoot it. Such information includes your contact information, the content of your chats and other communications with JAINYA, information about how the machine and application were working when the problem happened and while they were being fixed, and information about how software was installed and how the hardware was set up.
Please keep in mind that you can send us personal information we don’t need, like your payment information, in the description section of a CONTACT-US form. We’ll only store this data on our backup server and not use it in any other way. Please do not give us any personal information that we have not asked for directly.
We do not knowingly collect information about children or private individuals on our website. Parents can change their minds about giving consent at any time and can look over, edit, or ask for the deletion of their children’s personal information.
We may also get personal information from public sources or third parties who have your permission to share it.
Why We Get Personal Information
JAINYA gathers the information to do the following: send communications, including promotional communications; advertise; look at website visitor statistics; fix technical issues with websites; and make websites better for people to use.
As part of these goals, we want to send you information about things you’ve asked us to send you, get in touch with you if we need to get or give you more information, check our records often to make sure they’re correct, and make sure you’re happy and satisfied. No other business or organization rents or trades email lists with us.
But to protect your privacy, we’ve put in place technological and operational safeguards that stop data leaks. For instance, we keep information we get from you directly or indirectly, like your name, email address, phone number, or company name, in a safe database.
Information that is automatically sent to us may be put together with data we get from outside sources, like data providers and marketing partners, to get a fuller picture of you. We use this combined profile to talk to you, such as by showing you personalized ads and other promotional content based on what you like and how you browse our site.
JAINYA can send you promotional emails, text messages, letters, and calls. You can also choose to subscribe to emails and sign up for email subscriptions.
Why We Give Out Personal Data
Let our Development Center know about your request, and they will take care of it. Our Data Privacy and Security Rules say that our Development Center must follow them. - Always obey the law or respond to a valid legal process, such as when asked to by the police or other government agencies.
- Protect our clients, for example, to stop spam or attempts to scam people who use our services, or to help keep someone from dying or getting seriously hurt.
Keep JAINYA‘s rights safe by doing things like following the rules for using the services.
If third-party agents handle personal data for us in a way that goes against these rules, we are still responsible unless we can show that we had nothing to do with the event that caused the damage.
Please keep in mind that some pages of our website have links to third-party products whose privacy policies may be different from JAINYA‘s. If you give any of those groups your personal information, their privacy policies will govern it.

How We Keep Your Information Safe

How long the information will be kept
JAINYA keeps personal information for as long as it takes to provide the services and feedback you’ve asked for, or for other important reasons, like following the law and keeping our agreements. Since these needs can be different for different types of data, the actual time that data is kept may also be different. The following factors are used to set the retention periods:
- What kind of personal information is it? It would usually be best to keep the information for less time, which means up to five years.
- Is JAINYA required by law, contract, or something similar to keep the data? For instance, laws in the relevant jurisdiction may require data to be kept for a certain amount of time, government orders may require data to be kept for an investigation, or data may need to be kept for legal reasons.

We will change the terms of this privacy statement as needed or based on what customers say. The “last updated” date at the top of this statement will be changed whenever we make changes to it. If there are important changes to the statement, we will let you know either by sending you a direct message or putting up a notice in a prominent place before the changes go into effect.
